| Watercress and almond pesto pasta with roasted ham |
- Watercress
- Blanched skinned almonds
- Garlic
- Parmesan
- Lemon zest and juice
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Tagliatelle
- Ham joint
Method
Put ham joint in the oven to roast
Blitz the watercress, almonds, garlic, Parmesan, lemon, olive oil and seasoning in a food processor
Cook tagliatelle
Add pesto to tagliatelle
Chop ham into small pieces
Serve tagliatelle and top with the ham
